The best part of this detailed plan is it gives the business owner some idea of the level of planning and detail required to get a business loan. It not only asks the questions but uses a chocolate company as a case study. Also useful for start-ups who often fail to consider important points such as “Describe buyer behaviour.”
The figures for the transport industry are year 2000 and we are in 2009 - at least 2007 should be on their site as the ABS figures for this have been released for quite a while. So I question the value of the ratios and benchmarks as much has changed in 8 years, in particular fuel and insurance. When I tried to send a comment to the ANZ Bank, the link from the comment does not work, so I couldn't tell the bank their site hasn't been update, though you would hope that they would know.
